- Hire Desk Manager

Client Details

A growing company who have some exciting growth ahead are looking for a Hire Desk Manager to work in their busy office with the logistics distribution and supply chain manager.

Description



The successful candidate will live in a commuting distance to Avonmouth and be responsible for the following;

  • Maintaining accurate records of the hire fleet



  • Preparing hire, loan and demonstration contracts, including liaising with customers to obtain compliance documentation and insurance evidence ensuring full compliance for CPA with terms and conditions.



  • Management of the hire, loan and demonstration plant records



  • Liaising with the sales team and workshop to ensure timely preparation and delivery of hired plant



  • Tracking and reporting of hired plant



  • Management and production of all billing to Customers which can be monthly, weekly or an ad-hoc basis



  • Co-ordinating inspection reports and recharging damage to customers



  • Raising purchase orders as required for hired plant, raising prep jobs and GRNs as required



  • Ability to liaise with both external stakeholders and the production team





Profile



Transport Hire Manager

  • Strong Hire Desk background in Plant or similar industries essential



  • Ability to thrive and succeed in a busy, ever-changing environment



  • Excellent level of attention to detail and conscientiousness



  • Ability to multi task



  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite



  • Confident and clear telephone manner
  • Be available to work Monday to Friday





Job Offer

A salary of c£30,000 - £35,000 will be available for the successful Hire desk Manager
