Page Personnel Logistics are currently looking to recruit a Logistics Coordinator for our client in London Bridge.

Client Details

Our client are a well known homeware business who have experience aggressive growth in recent year. You will support the Head of Warehousing and Distribution.


In the role of Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for:
  • Monitor weekly and monthly KPIs of the 3PL operation

  • Monitor KPIs of distribution partners for UK and European markets

  • Day-to-day management of the downstream operation – exception managing issues to ensure customer expectations are met.

  • On-board new customers into the business, analysing any special handling requirements, costing them and communicating them to the 3PL for fulfilment

  • Monitor sales order book to ensure the 3PL meets its Month End invoicing target

  • Monitor compliance charges from customers, identify root causes and demonstrate consistent reductions

  • Analyse stock loss/misalignment between ERP and WMS systems to identify root cause for stock discrepancies

  • Assisting the Head of Warehousing and Distribution on any projects as required

  • Seek efficiencies and savings within the operation


The ideal candidates for this will:
  • Demonstrate good decision making skills, driven by solid commercial reasoning

  • Be customer focussed

  • Communicate clearly and effectively

  • Be able to prioritise tasks

  • Have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft applications and experience of working with ERP / WMS systems
