Warehouse Operations Manager

The candidate selected will lead warehouse operations teams to design and implement business plans that insure continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost and morale. This will include:

Implementation of high performance strategies to transform warehouse operations Driving change, coaching managers, supervisors and warehouse leadership team Executing strategies to insure unions are in full support of site improvement plans Collaborating with HR on various tasks

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in related discipline; MBA preferred Minimum 5+ years experience in a similar role, preferably within a union facility Background managing staff of 50+

Excellent communication, project management, team building, multi-tasking and problem solving skills

Knowledge of WMS, GMP and related RF technology Strong computer and mathematical skills Food/OTC experience a plus
